Returns + Exchanges

Our aim is to keep our customers happy so will gladly accept returns within seven (7) days of delivery. We will then provide you with a store credit to the value of your original purchase (less postage) or happily exchange the item for another.  The merchandise must be returned to us in its original condition with garment tags and packaging in tacked.

In the instance of a return or exchange, please first let us know by sending an email with your request to sales@georgiea.com.au after which we will issue a response outlining our process for returns. The email will include an address and any specific instructions.

All orders placed by 3.30pm (AEST) will be processed and once payment has been verified, your order will be shipped within 2 working days. Orders placed on the weekend and public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Please know, once the orders have left our premises we do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. In accordance with this service tracking numbers are available upon request.  We recommend sending regular express post articles to either a post office box or business should your home be unattended during the day.
