Returns policy

At GEORGIE A., we want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit (excluding shipping costs).

To be eligible, items must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Return
Please email sales@georgiea.com.au with your return request. We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide the return address and any special instructions.

Before purchasing, please note the below.

• As many of our garments are made to order, only one return per item is accepted.

• Sale items are final sale. No exchange or refund will be offered for a change of mind or incorrect purchase.

• If you're unsure about sizing or fit, please reach out, visit our size guide or visit one of our stockists to try in store.

• We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels once dispatched. Tracking is available upon request, and we recommend providing a secure address at checkout (e.g. PO box or business).
